I am a big believer of what you put in your body comes out in your skin.
Dermatologists always say that diet doesn't affect your skin. I believe that is RUBBISH. Why? Because I see it every day with my own body.

But I find continually drinking lemon juice throughout the day (equal to about 2 small lemons) diluted in purified water, helps to keep me motivated to stay on track and decreases my sugar cravings. For me, this is a massive bonus!
